Our thermo-ash decks are manufactured to yacht manufacturers’ specifications, according to the model and area for decking. We keep a template on file or in solid form for reproduction, which is especially beneficial for composite boats produced in high volume without changing the layout and configuration. The advantage to yacht manufacturers is that they can place an order for a deck before yacht construction has begun. We will start manufacturing the thermowood deck at the same time as the yacht, so it will be ready on hand for installation.
